Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more (after any discount code). Below that, a delivery charge of ₹60 is added at checkout. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.

Processing time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During sales and festive seasons, processing can take 1–2 extra days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, so 4–7 business days after you order. Remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Payment

You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, through Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp and email. You can check your order any time on the Track your order page with your order number and mobile number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. We do not ship outside India.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier. If a parcel is lost, we send a replacement or a full refund.

Packing

Every jar is sealed airtight and packed to travel safely. If a jar arrives damaged or leaking, see our Refund policy.

Please check your address, pincode and phone number before placing an order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
